Easy Smoked Queso Recipe





 One of the easiest (and tastiest) recipes that one can make on the smoker is smoked queso. You can vary the recipe as much as you need. I made this for a large group, so I didn’t add as much spice as I would have normally. 


1 block Velveta 

1 bunch of green onions

1 red bell pepper

1/2 pound cooked ground beef 

1 jar of salsa


Optional items can be:

Jalapeños 

Green Pepper

Hot sauce


Now combine the ingredients in a oven safe dish and smoke at 225 degrees until melted. Stir a few times to get a smokier flavor! 



This will go quick, and is the best way to make queso! Smoky, salty, spicy…can’t go wrong with that!
