Ranch Bacon Chicken Pull Apart Sliders
1 package Kings’ Hawaiian Rolls
1 8oz Package of deli sliced chicken
1 package of bacon bits
Ranch dressing
1 package sliced mozzarella cheese
1/2 stock butter
1 tbsp S&S Signature seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Melt 1/2 stick unsalted butter in a saucepan and whisk in the S&S signature seasoning
Cut the rolls down the middle with a serrated knife
Lay both half’s cut side up on a cookie sheet
Brush on melted butter mixture on both halves of the rolls, save some for the top.
Lay the chicken on top of the bottoms of the rolls (I like to individually put two slices and fold them to fit each roll so they pull apart easier).
Layer the cheese on top of the chicken
Drizzle as much (or as little) of the ranch dressing on the cheese.
Sprinkle the bacon bits (what ever amount you prefer) on top of the ranch.
Put the tops half on the rolls on top
Brush the remaining butter mixture on top of the rolls (also if you like sprinkle some Italian seasoning on top for color if you like)
Bake 20 minutes after 20 minutes cover rolls with some tinfoil loosely (to prevent the rolls from burning) and bake another 10 minutes
